Congratulations to the competitors at the 6-foot track last weekend. It was a beautiful day and there were some lovely views from the top of some very large hills, a great race and great excuse to do Ironman Port next year. Stu had an awesome run and nearly beat his PB despite advancing age and injury and Bianca had a podium finish in her age-group. Thanks to all the support crew who came to cheer us on.

SATURDAY MORNING RIDE 19th 6.45AM FROM THE CARAVAN *There will be a steady option ride for people not doing criterium training from the caravan total dist 50km. Rod will be your ride captain

SUNDAY 20TH LONGER RIDE FOR BOTH GROUPS 6.15AM FROM THE CARAVAN

*ROD's group will be riding to Waterfall descending down Waterfall then through the park to Stanwell Tops then back along the old road & back to the park total dist 115km.Which is the opposite way they did the ride last week.

*DANIELE's group will be riding to Bulli this weekend total dist 130km
