done a long ride don’t try & stretch yourself out to get to Stanwell.
Take the short option & turn at Waterfall. These longer rides are great and essential to
keep your fitness and base miles up – but why hold up the group when you know
you haven’t been doing the training. Long rides should be a
progression so as not only to get yourself use to the kms but also so you can do them comfortably
& not risk injury
becoming over tired.
