Tuesday night transitions
Summer racing is upon us and we all need to tighten up our transitions and do some intensity work to match the long miles. Tuesday nights is back on again at 6:30pm meeting at the Dome in Centennial Park for run-bike-run sessions. Good training for triathlons, duathlons and just generally keeping fit and doing a high intensity workout. Suitable for all levels as the session can be as long/short/hard/easy as you want to make it. Plus you get to see coach Daniele running (a sight for sore eyes …).
Hope to see you all out there starting from Tuesday 16th November.

Toys for Tots – Saturday December 4th toysfortots@hotmail.com
Don't forget Toys for Tots organised by Peter Lee – Saturday December 4th (2pm-10pm Pyrmont Point Hotel). Just come along anytime for drink, chat to Santa and drop off a toy.
What is Toys for Tots? – A Toy donation drive for sick and less fortunate kids - you bring a toy to donate and our team will get the toy to a child that will appreciate it. This year we are looking to give toys to Westmead Children’s Hospital, Sydney Children’s Hospital and as well as a couple of local orphanages.
