Tuesday night transitions

Summer racing is upon us and we all need to tighten up our transitions and do some intensity work to match the long miles.    Tuesday nights is back on again at 6:30pm meeting at the Dome in Centennial Park for run-bike-run sessions.   Good training for triathlons, duathlons and just generally keeping fit and doing a high intensity workout.  Suitable for all levels as the session can be as long/short/hard/easy as you want to make it.   Plus you get to see coach Daniele running (a sight for sore eyes …).

Hope to see you all out there starting from Tuesday 16th November.
