Friday and Sunday
Entry level group will be riding with Daniel Friday morning 5:45am at York Rd gates.
There will be a Sunday ride to Waterfall and return through the park. Meet at 6:30am in the centre of the park.
 
 
Well done to Jason Davis, Mel Ashton and Michael Baker at Lane Cove and Calga. Jason has also noted next months races to keep your fitness going through the winter, Sydney Striders 10km run and ATTA time trials.

Cycle racing

It is time to get all fired up to start cycle racing. Any one that doesn't have a Easts -Steam cycle racing licence should get a form off Daniel ASAP daniel_vanolini@nfimporters.com.au. Mark your calendars for the teams time trail champs on the 15th of August, so people should start talking to me or Anna NOW, as teams will start training specifically at the end of this month.

Daniel recommends we should attend the following races:

1. ATTA event first Sunday of the month, its a ITT, Calga, 4 July, Reg from 7am, First Rider 8am. (see above)

2.Waratah Veterans Avanti Masters Classic Round One Sun 27 June 04, venue Parramatta Park entry $15 closing date 11 June 04 6 grades

3.Waratah Veterans Avanti Masters Classic Round Two Sun 18 July, venue Parramatta Park entry $15 closing date 2 July 04. 6 grades

4. Nsw Club Teams Time Trial 15 August 04

The Parramatta events are good because the circuit is good & they have the races in grades which is safer.
