Good Luck to all who are competing at the Forster Half-Ironman on the weekend.

Saturday ride
There will be no crit training this Saturday. However, the group will be riding to Bowral starting at 6:30am from the York road gates.   Accompanying riders are welcome if you want to ride to Sutherland or Waterfall with us (or even Bulli where we have our first refreshment stop).

Sunday ride
There will be no organised Steam Sunday ride this weekend as all the coaches/ride captains will have a hangover in Bowral.
Please don't forget DAYLIGHT SAVING this weekend.  The clocks go forward one hour and we all lose an hour's sleep.

Ironman accomodation

If anyone has accomodation booked for Ironman at Forster next year but won't be using it James Fenner would gratefully take the booking from you: james.fenner@syd.ddb.com
